Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to fit the way it should.

Returns: Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Need a different size? We'll cover the swap — start an exchange within 30 days and we'll get the right size to you.

How to start: Email help@upperwest.shop with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable on returns (exchanges ship free).

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/marks, with tags attached. We can't accept worn or laundered items.

Final sale: Items marked final sale and gift cards aren't eligible for return.
